6. Captain America is my favorite Avenger

7.  I am the second oldest of five kids

8. I've been homeschooled my whole life

9.  Whenever I go to the foodcourt in the mall I'm always conflicted on whether to buy a gyro or Japanese food.

10. I like giving (and getting!) pedicures.
11. Kit-Kats are my favorite candy bars

If you could choose to live in one era other than today, when would it be and why?
I really don't know. Maybe the Reconstruction era, right after the Civil War, but I don't know.

What is a Bible verse (or verses) that has particularly challenged and/or encouraged you lately?

Jeremiah 9:23-24 Thus says the LORD, "Let not the wise man boast of his wisdom, and let not the mighty man boast of his might, let not the rich man boast of his riches; but let him who boasts boast of this, that he understands and knows Me, that I am the LORD who exercises lovingkindness, justice and righteousness on earth; for I delight in these things," declares the LORD.

Do you prefer hot chocolate, tea or coffee or none of these?
I like all three, but coffee is my favorite :)

What is your favorite musical instrument?
That's too hard so I'll say my favorite three. ;) Piano, violin, and flute. I think. It's really hard to choose!

If you were to write and publish a book/direct a movie, what would you call it and what would it be about?

I might do a retelling of the Princess and the Pea - That's also what I'd call it ;)
What is your favorite subject/hobby/pastime?
My favorite subject is science and I love to draw or read to pass the time.

Do you think you are an introvert or an extrovert or a mixture of both?
I'm both. I'm really shy around large groups of people or people I don't know very well and am really outgoing at home and around close friends.

What is a name you really like?
Ella/Elinor

Is there a book you once read which you couldn't put down until you had finished it?

There have been lots, but the Cooper Kids Series by Frank Peretti pretty much had a cliff hanger at each chapter ending so I read those really fast.

Do you have a favorite hymn and why is it your favorite?
Come, Thou Fount of Every Blessing, I love the words and the tune... It's just one of my favorites.

Is there some way that the Lord has been working in your life recently that you want to share?
Being more disciplined with myself and making sure I take the time to read my Bible.

My 11 questions
1. What is your favorite school subject?
2. Which Bible character do you most relate to? why?
3. What is your least favorite dessert?

Hi! I'm new around here, just getting into the world of blogging. Just have to say that your opinions are much like my own. Your blog is lovely and I'm sure I will enjoy following it! I have just made a blog and hope that you will visit it when I have more on it. (I have only posted once. :D) I also love your sisters blog, The Story Girl, which, is how I found yours! Oh, and your favorite paintings are so pretty! I love art. XD

Emily,

Thanks so much for following me back! It means a lot. :D Thanks for the warning, I'll keep that in mind. :)
I actually haven't watched any other P&Ps other than the 2 I mentioned in my post, so that's news to me! That is very strange that they would place it in a different time era... That's half the story! :) I absolutely love the '95 version though.

Hey Emily! This is Kelsey. :) My comment is completely unrelated to your post, but Hayden just posted that it's your birthday, and I figured you'd be more likely to get my message here than on her blog...unless you've subscribed to her comments....which I have not....but that's entirely off the subject....

And now we come to the point of this message...

HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!! :D
